Yes, at times it can get frustrating if something doesn't work right, or your enquiry is handled incorrectly, but as I have said once before, I believe we have become spoilt for choice!What a joke. I was disappointed with this as the installation/connection fee was high in my view and I wanted quicker download speeds than previously experienced.
Telstra is to be letting many of it's existing … Have been wait 60, 75, 90, 100, 110, 120 minutes and still no response.
So we pay a company we hate and don't want for an average service and their customer service is crap.

Don’t even bother trying to talk to somebody online. We once went away from Telstra because they could not come out for 2 weeks to connect us at our new house - Optus did it the next day.

it has worked on and off for nearly three weeks mainly off what a jokeConstant drop outs with no warning - would go check the outage page and it would never say an outage.From last week internet download speed 77 normal but upload speed dropped to 5.Previously could call them up and they would then send a technician.
After trying to text on the app a few times eventually got text back.
I have been with using Telstra cable services for a long period of time as it was the only service available in my suburb ( no ADSL). Telstra is Australia’s biggest internet service company in Australia and offers Broadband bundles including combination of PSTN phone, ADSL, ADSL2+, NBN, Cable Connections and 4G mobile broadband as well.
Telstra and it's cable internet service over the last 12 months has been very unreliable with at least 2 weeks where service was unavailable.
I have had 3 technicians visiting my place but they were not able to resolve the issue. I have called Telstra about 5 times (average 1 hour per call!)

The whole experience of moving a connection from one address to another I must say was just a joke. I then was getting prepared to leave my house, so in turn I requested to immediately leave from the Telstra network. Hey Telstra, your profits also fell 8% over that period.
The connection was more-or-less reliable until it dropped out. RECOMMENDED.
Management hide behind the poor call centre people while no one beyond that takes an interest. 4 I called them and they said no worries we will take you off our database and you won't be paying any more bills. 1
Did I mention they have a monopoly here with HFC?
